Anglophiles Anonymous's "Our Favourite Authors"

Anglophiles Anonymous is a Shelfari group bound together by a common love of all things British. We polled the list last year to find the group’s favourite authors. A few arguably Welsh, Irish, or Scotch authors may be included. I am not making this a "people" list, with photos, because none of us have "met" Dickens but many of us have "consumed" his work. Everyone in this list got at least 10 member votes. They are in order of popularity.
