RIAA's "Grammy Award Winners for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album"
The Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album has been awarded since 1992 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The award goes to vocalists with more of a "crooner" style analogous to pre-rock and roll singers like Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. The award has had two minor name changes:In 1992 the award was known as Best Traditional Pop Performance. From 1993 to 2000 it was awarded as Best Traditional Pop Vocal Performance. In 2001, it received its current name.
