Decent list but I'd alter a bit.. — 3 years ago

I would add “This Old House” which was a country/pop hit in the 50s that later crossed over to Southern gospel.

I’d also substitute “Sing Your Praise to the Lord” for Amy’s “Lead Me On” as being more of a “big deal” song for the church world.

I’d also try to shoehorn in Russ Taff’s mega-ballad “We Will Stand” from the 80s and the Imperials “Praise the Lord”, 2nd Chapter of Acts’ “Easter Song” and Kirk Franklin’s “Stomp”.

Oh and Thomas Dorsey’s “Precious Lord, Take my Hand”.
