comebackshane's "100 favourite foreign films"
So, I finally decided to keep tabs on some of the international gems I’ve had the pleasure to discover. Here’s a ranked list of the best of ’em based on little more than my personal enjoyment of said films.
Some are on because they were entertaining (some of the newer ones), some should clearly be higher based on artistic value, but were often just not up my alley (this means you, Ozu), but the ones at the top are predominantly the ones that found balance between the two.
