Recent reads from The List that I’d go so far as to recommend:

- American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis (I find intentionally boring/repetitive books fascinating, so no surprise that I liked this one. That said, there were no shortage of pages that I ended up skimming because the events unfolding in them absolutely terrified me. Might be one of the scariest books I’ve ever read.)

- The New York Trilogy by Paul Auster (Mind = officially blown. I definitely need to reread this, but even then, I doubt I’ll completely understand it.)
