Filmmagie - best films of 2003
"Filmmagie" is a Belgian monthly film magazine in Dutch. For me it is the best film magazine in this language.

Incidentally, before 2005 the magazine was called Film & TV, but I decided to keep the current name for these lists
This is their list of best pictures of 2003. This was compiled from the top 10’s of Belgian film critics.
This was supposed to be a top 15, but some films tied for points, so this list ended up with 19 titles.
