HeadBees's "Films for Artists"

Add to my lists | Print this list

An ongoing collection of films with inspirational and unusual art direction and cinematography. I chose/choose movies that are fun to look at even if the sound is off. (Some of them are admittedly better that way.)

I’m not picking movies that do a good job at recreation. I love the look of Dangerous Liasons, Rome, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, they are surely inspirational, but they primarily recreate period artwork and illustrations, so I’m leaving movies like them out.
