If you’re like me, you have a hard time getting yourself to do anything resembling exercise. So, I decided to compose a list of fun ways to get fit. I guess some of the things on this list will sound more like exercise than "fun" to some people, however, since I consider hiking fun. I don’t like to walk around a track, but walking through the hills is a whole different ballgame. I know I need to try doing things like crunches and the like, but trying to take part in fun workouts will help ensure that I will actually continue to work out in one way or another.
