There is a little known B-movie gem called “Messiah of Evil” (1973)that is definitely inspired by Lovecraft. The acting in the film is really terrible but the level of atmosphere and storytelling is enough to make it pretty creepy. I reccommend it for any Lovecraft fans. Its also especially easy to obtain as its fallen into the public domain.
