Rory's Book Club

Add to my lists | Print this list

Rory Gilmore (a character on the WB/CW show Gilmore Girls) is an avid reader; this is a list of books, both classic and contemporary, that she might read. The list is as it was on the WB website when it was still up.

Corrected — 2 years ago

I corrected the list once again. Remember, for an accurate list you can always check the source

Removed #121 — 4 years ago

Somebody added Milan Kundera at the end of the list, it’s not on the original list so I’ve removed it again.

Alphabetized — 6 years ago

This list looked like it was trying (but failing) to be in alphabetical order. I contemplated arranging by Author, but since it was already semi-sorted by Title, I just went with that.

Untitled — 6 years ago

Please don’t remove items from the list or add items to the list. This list is copied from the original that was on the WB website and should include the same 120 books.

Book lists... — 6 years ago

Did the CW get rid of the book list?? I cant find it!!!! I am not only GG obsessed, but book obsessed, too- this is the perfect thing for me!!!! Thanks for posting this, it has really helped me…

Untitled — 7 years ago

also now that the wb forum is gone, there is a new rory’s book club forum thriving with activity at:

if anyone is interested :)

WB is gone — 7 years ago

Since the WB is no more (now CW) the “Rory’s Book Club” webpage is gone. To prevent heartbreak, I retrieved the page from google’s cache and now store it for you here:

Right now it’s just the html I copied from the cached page, I may clean it up later to get rid of, or fix, the missing images.

Added a few titles — 7 years ago

I added a few titles that were on the website’s%20Book%20Club but not on this list.
