The first two are available for free on Project Gutenberg if you’re broke.
Also, there’s a lot of 1960s era stuff that was never compiled in book form – i.e. zines and manifestos. Redstockings has some of them here: http://www.afn.org/~redstock/ ; there’s also sometimes stuff at major colleges/ collections.
