Costa (Whitbread) Book Awards: Best Novel

Add to my lists | Print this list

The Whitbread is one of the longest-running and most prestigious book awards in the UK. Since its launch in 1971, its structure has evolved; but it has never diverted from its original ethos of identifying and celebrating some of the most enjoyable books published in the UK each year across a number of different genres.

Note: the award is now called the Costa Book Award.

Just added the 2006 winner. I also changed some of the editions to ones with pictures, unless someone had already marked them as read – those I left alone to avoid annoyance. :)
