I’ll start with 10 reasons today and my goal is to add one everyday; that way, i’ll have to THINK of a smile everyday and i’ll have a list to check on those stressful days when i NEED a smile.

I did very well for over a month, but there has been precious little to smile about for a few weeks. Time to read the list through, add ten more and get back to adding every day!

I think I am going to go to weekly additions instead of daily. There is still plenty to smile about, just a bit less time at my desk!
