Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Film's "Best Science Fiction Film"

Since the early 1970s, the Academy has awarded the Saturn Awards for achievements ins Science Fiction (since 1972), Fantasy (1973), Horror (1972), and Action/Adventure/Thriller Films (1994).
Note: There have been ties (1998) as well as awards spanning two years. (1974/1975, 1989/1990)
