Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films's "Best Fantasy Film"

Since the early 1970s, the Academy has awarded the Saturn Awards for achievements ins Science Fiction (since 1972), Fantasy (1973), Horror (1972), and Action/Adventure/Thriller Films (1994).
