Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films - Saturn Awards: Best Horror Film

Since the early 1970s, the Academy has awarded the Saturn Awards for achievements in Science Fiction (since 1972), Fantasy (1973), Horror (1972), and Action/Adventure/Thriller (1994) films.
