GLAAD Media Awards Best Film
The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) is dedicated to promoting and ensuring fair, accurate and inclusive representation of individuals and events in all media as a means of eliminating homophobia and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
GLAAD gives 3 film awards most years – wide release, independent film/limited release, and documentary. The wide and limited release films are listed below. Records for 1990 and 1993 have proven somewhat unattainable. (Please fill the blanks if you have them)
