Sorry to be a jerk and make a critical comment about a list, but if the propagandistic paean to tyranny known as Hero is considered best film of the decade (rather than an enemy of the human race), then maybe we can elect Hitler or Stalin as best leader of the twentieth century?

(I feel strongly about it, yes, but of course I’m not objecting to anyone posting any list— eye of the beholder and all that.)
