Been trying to lose weight since Christmas and it’s working, only slower than I’ve anticipated. If I just stop cheating myself with these little guilty pleasures I’ll probably be happier/healthier in the long run ..

if you want to lose weight eat only organic foods and water with a ph of 7.4 or higher
