A list of the countries that I have eaten the cuisine of.
I’ve expanded the list to include all the types of food I haven’t had, so I can tick them off as I go along. I got the list of countries firstly off the top of my head, then when I was about 50 short I filled in the gaps from http://www.infoplease.com/countries.html . I realise there are some issues with my list – 1. cuisines aren’t really based around nation state borders so it’s a bit false in that sense and so you have to be a bit creative with your answers. 2. Some of them technically aren’t countries, but I just felt they deserved a category, like Hawaiian food, Tibettan Food etc.
