Question about The Things They Carried — 27 weeks ago

Is that the right The Things They Carried on the list? It says “Bloom’s Guides.” I wholeheartedly agree it should be on the list, but it seems like the wrong publisher.

The things they Carried - Tim O'Brien — 28 weeks ago

Ive read a decent amount of this list, and after going over it I can’t believe that there isn’t a Single Tim O’Brien novel… anyone else agree?

Nelson Mandela — 47 weeks ago

I find it a little hard to believe that is the right book. According to the list source it is “No Easy Walk to Freedom” by Nelson Mandela – but his autobiography is titled “Long Walk to Freedom” and someone else wrote “No Easy Walk to Freedom.” I can’t find another list source, however, so I don’t want to mess with it.

Untitled — 1 year ago

cool concept, to list by categories, since great books are good for various reasons. and nice to see count of monte cristo finally show up on a list – it’s one of my faves!

More Changes — 1 year ago

Changed Diary of a Madman to the Gogol book instead of some other book with the same title.

Untitled — 1 year ago

Changing The Invisible Man to the right book (should be H.G. Wells’ book, not Ralph Ellison’s) and adding the categories to the description.

Also added the missing book: Scoop by Evelyn Waugh.

Zorba the Greek - Nikos Kazantzakis — 1 year ago

I think it should be added to the list – great novel.
