and I’ll probably do five more within the near future: Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Then I would like to do the remaining four in the NE: Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Then I’ll have nine left which should probably take me one long trip westward for 8 of them, and a separate trip to Alaska! :) I’ll make it! Puerto Rico only after I’ve seen all 50 states…..

Why would anyone remove states, it’s not like Pluto…being declassified…well unless they combine two, like the Dakotas, to make way for Puerto Rico or something…HA!

I have visited almost all the states, mostly on business trips. I should add at least one of the remaining ones in 2008.

Ohio, shockingly enough, is one of the 50 states. Please leave it, and the other 49 states on the list.
I know, it’s the internet and you can be an anonymous jerk if you want. No one will know that you did it. If so, why bother? The world is too full of anonymous bad stuff as is. Why do you want to contribute to the world’s illth? (Illth would be the opposite of wealth.)
Want to make a negative difference? Make your own list of states. And add you name to it. Then we’ll know who is adding to the nastiness on this beautiful world.

What happened to DC? I know it’s not a state or anything but… it’s the capital of the united states, right? So it is only fair that DC has a part in this just as much as other states.

Who deleted Arkansas? Can you not read (or count)? It really pisses me off when people do stupid things like that on a community list. Make your own list of 49 states if you have a problem with Arkansas.
