Before starting to watch films by myself, my family would have movie weekends. My dad would always rent an action flick on Friday night and I’d either fall asleep or be scared out of my wits. Saturday nights were reserved for Cantonese B-flicks on CFMT.
Then, by some sheer accidents, I got introduced to the Magic of Movies and have not looked back since. Here are a few defining films that have shaped my life and my continuance in my belief in filmmaking.
